REFUND POLICY

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
At EYLUL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or final clearance items

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered

3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at infoeylulofficial@gmail.com.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, EYLUL will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account.

  2. Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to officially post).
